[Notice] Temporary Suspension of Hana Bank’s Online Financial Services - September 13 (Sat)

Thank you for using Hana Bank.

To provide safer and more convenient services, we will be performing a system upgrade.
As a result, all online financial services will be temporarily unavailable during the period below. Please review the details to avoid inconvenience.

Downtime Schedule
  • Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 00:00 to 08:00 (Korea Standard Time)
    ※ From midnight on Friday to 8:00 AM on Saturday, KST
Services Temporarily Unavailable
  • All online financial transactions and digital certificate services provided by Hana Bank, including:
    - Mobile Banking Apps (Hana OneQ, Hana OneQ Corporate, Hana EZ, iBooja, CMSiNET)
    - Internet Banking (Personal, Corporate), Phone Banking, CMS, Mobile Web Banking
    - Issuance/termination and usage of Hana Certificates
    - Mobile and biometric authentication (palm vein recognition)
    - ATM/STM transactions using digital authentication or certificates
Services That Remain Available (Not affected by the suspension):
- Domestic and international check card transactions
- ATM/STM transactions using cash IC cards or physical passbooks (including cardless, passbook-free, and digital passbooks)
- Transactions at other banks' ATMs and affiliated CD machines (e.g., in subways, convenience stores)
- Transactions using Open Banking services from other banks linked to Hana accounts
- Hana Money app transactions, such as charging and transferring Hana Money
- Transactions via other financial institutions using a Hana-issued public/financial certificate registered with them
- Foreign currency already requested before September 13 can still be picked up at Incheon Airport
(※ However, new FX requests via mobile/internet banking will be unavailable during the downtime)
Customer Reminders
- Please complete any necessary fund transfers in advance, as they will not be available during the maintenance period.
- We recommend preparing cash or checks beforehand, if needed.
- Service suspension time may change depending on the progress of the system upgrade.
